  1. This is really sad. It sounds like your friend honestly doesn't have an understanding of the health issues you have. It also sounds like she might be a little bit jealous. As plenty of people have already said, just move on. You don't need the negativity.
  2. I had my surgery at the end of April and I've had a lot of pain around the incision site on the left. Also, apparently, I pulled a stitch from moving the wrong way, so I've been prescribed additional pain meds for the healing period for that accidental injury. As of today, I'm one month out and I'm still having moments when I wonder why I did this? I know it will be worth it in the long run, but it seems there were so many things I didn't know about. Oh, and no diarrhea for me. Just horrible constipation that lasted for weeks. Yucky feeling! You will get better each day. Just try to be patient.
