I am a 62 year old female. Found out about bariatricpal from an associate who also had weight loss surgery. It's been 18 months since my sleeve was done I would like to loose 10 pounds more to get to my goal but seem to have platoed .I had weight loss surgery because of health issues but also for emotional problems.
