  1. I've lost and kept off 140 pounds since April 8th, 2014. The only weigh (I didn't misspell this word lol) I could do this is/was by weighing my food. It's so very easy to go over 4 ounces because that's not much food to start with! I don't know how you had the same surgery I did and you aren't weighing your food.
  2. CONGRATS!!! I remember when I lost my first 100 pounds!!! ? It's the best feeling in the world. That was 2 1/2 years ago. I've kept that plus more off. It's hard work but well worth it!!! Now for your co-workers, yes it hurts. The only thing I can think of is jealousy. You said the right thing in the beginning, you have the best support system! Many don't have that. Their also a success in helping you lose the 100 pounds. GREAT GOING! ? ?
