  1. I have tried so many kinds of bariatric vitamin that I have lost count. I also tried lots of over the counter vitamins just hoping for something to help my nutrition needs. I was nauseated or gagging from the taste on all of them. I finally found one that wasn't too big that worked pretty good. It was One a Day prenatal with folic acid & DHE. But my absolute favorite, or vitamin patches! Just started a few weeks ago but no nausea, skin irritations, no problems at all! Another good thing is the cost. They are less expensive than any of the bariatric I tried.
