I am still situent for m'y gastrectomie sleeve surfer y. There are t'en perdons be fore me and I think m'y surfer y Will happen some t'aime between March and April. Any tip you want to give me? I am 242 pounds

In Qc waiting to see surgeon for sleeve op

I am supposed to see the surgeon this fall. It will give me time to make eating habits changes, especially the portion sizes. Also, I will look into the biotin product and see if we have this here in Qc, Canada. I am verrrrry happy to hear the hair loss is not a permanent thing!!,

I was wondering if the hair loss I hear so much about is permanent? Is there anything before the surgery and throughout time that can be done to avoid this? Thank you
