  1. Good for you!! Keep up the good work!!
  2. Hi Sylvia! My name is Sue from New York. I had my gastric sleeve done on March 20, 2014. I have lost 25 lbs. We will probably hit plateaus along the way. I was 238 and now am 213. But my goal weight is 160. I will be happy with 175 though. I made the mistake of not following my diet and became sick. I called my doctor who was not too happy with me and am back on liquids only for a few days and then slowly work up to the week I am supposed to be at. I had to have a cat scan to see if I had created any leaks etc. I was a stress eater and food made me happy. I am experiencing some depression due to not being able to eat like I used to. Have you felt this? It is going to be a challenge but we did the right thing. I also have afib and sleep apnea so hopefully the sleeve will help these health issues. Right now my greatest challenge is learning to eat small meals and slowly!
