  2. I am 9 weeks out and only down 21 pounds since surgery. .....drinking water. ...following diet.....exercising 40 min 6 times a week.....has this happened to anyone else??? Does it pick up? Or will I be slow loosing forever? Super frustrated!

  4. I have surgery on the 14! Super excited and nervous all at the same time! !!! Half way through the liquid diet. It hasn't been as bad as I was expecting but I'm worried about getting tired of the protein drinks the second week!!

  6. Surgery scheduled for July 14. Wondering how long until I will be able to exercise.....like heart rate up, sweating exercising? My goal is to run a 10 min mile and I'm motivated to get there!
  7. I am having laparoscopic gastric bypass. I am a teacher and am hoping to teach summer school, 6 hours a day, only 3 with kids, then 3 hours in meetings, only 4 days a week. Can I only take one week off after surgery? Would this be doable?
