  1. Thank you both for your response so it didn't affect them letting you have surgery with it low? & 50,000 of Vitamin D sounds scary is there such a thing as to much Vitamins?
  2. Did anyone have a vitamin D & iron deficiency before surgery? Is it hard to maintain after surgery?
  3. That's great I guess I can't imagine food not being important it feels like the only thing on my mind on this diet my nutritionist has me on. I can't wait to feel good about my body. What types of food did you stock up on for the few weeks after surgery? What type of vitamins do you take? Has hair loss happend?

  5. This websites been a god send when I started this whole journey I was the only person I knew thinking about surgery & dealing with my medical issues. Thank you for answering my questions any helpful hints & tid bits are welcome. Now that you've had the surgery does your stomach feel any different other than being smaller & filling up quicker? do you feel deprived of any foods? Any cravings?
  6. I've changed my mind after doing a lot of research and I think I'm also going to have the gastric sleeve surgery. I do have a few questions if you don't mind me asking. What's been the hardest part? What's your workout routine consist of? How's your hormonal level anymore anxiety than normal?
  7. Your story's so inspiring if you don't mind me asking how much have you lost? I'm 22 with pcos & a thyroid disorder considering VSG. I have an iud & I spoke to my gyno about the possibility of pregnancy next year, which will be the 5th year so the iud will need to come out. She broke the news that she strongly feels I'll have infertility issus & need "help" getting pregnant. Was it an easy decision for you to get surgery? Did you ever regret it? What was the hardest part after surgery? Did you have hair loss? Was it in clumps or just heavy shedding?
  8. Everyone looks so amazing I'm still considering the sleeve & you all look so good it helps make the decision a little easier. Does anyone have any helpful hints on life after the sleeve how was hair loss & excess skin? was the new diet hard? I'm 22 260lbs & scared as hell to get surgery or to make a decision that'll ruin my semi good health
  9. Anyone In or near the Hagerstown MD area? I'm in search of a support group/friends. I'm 22 considering the sleeve surgery & have tons of questions. Please feel free to message me.
