  4. Finally in Onederland! CW 198!
  5. I weigh daily Mon-Fri. On the weekends I usually do not weigh. I also do not weigh the week of my period.... I found it upset me with the gain I always get. You really just have to figure out what works best for you. If I have a day I make bad food decisions I may skip weighing the next day because I am the type to be upset about the gain on the scale.
  6. 203 again. Dang stall! Its like my body is scared of Onederland! At least what I gained over the Holidays I gone
  7. I take a Isagenix Flush pill nightly to combat constipation. It is mostly magnesium. Have not had any problems since. Like clock work every morning!

  9. For some reason after having my sleeve I love and crave popcorn like no other! Which is odd because I didnt really care for it before my sleeve. It is something I can eat quite a bit of. I love the smart pop pop corn.
  10. Yes Please! CW 203, GW 188. Thank You! Was hoping to hit Onederland in the last challenge but the Holidays were tougher than expected.
  11. 203. Sooo close to my goal. Didn't make it into onederland by the new year but I am a lot closer and will be there soon! Huge Thank You to Susan for doing this!
  12. Yes! That is exactly what it looks like! A Chia Pet! So not cute!
  13. My hair loss started around 3 months and continued to 5 months. Scared my poor hairdresser to death! She washed my hair and there was a bowl full of hair left in the sink. I am 6 months out and the hair loss stopped for me around 5 months. It was very scary losing so much hair but now I kind of like my thinner hair. Much more manageable! It is starting to grow back but it is not cute, I have an inch of baby hair all around my head.
  14. 208 Slowly getting closer to Onederland!
  15. I am 6 months out and my hair loss has stopped. It is scary for sure! Hang in there. It does stop. I actually am enjoying a little thinner hair. I too had lots of thick hair. I now have lots of tiny new baby hair growing back. Its not too cute. lol
  16. Wow, vacation agreed with me! 209 So want Onederland!
  17. My hair loss started at 3 months and slowed way down by 6 months which is where I am at now. I have lots of new growth baby hair so it is growing back.
