    Hi I started my journey at 244pound (111Kg) .... In May 19th 2014 my life changed I had gastric sleeve surgery & now 10 months later I am down a whopping 84 pounds (40Kg), I have never felt better my health has increased dramatically & I feel on top of the world, I still have around another 10 kg to lose but never the less I am feeling great.
