    Hello all, Just as my topic says i am patiently/impatienly waiting I started my journey with my first Dr. appt on 4/4/14 and my insurance required 3 months diet with Nutritionist which i finally completed on 7/16/14 Now Im just waiting for them to schedule my surgery. Call me crazy but Im ready to get this over with and get down to the nitty gritty. anyone else out there waiting for scheduling or have any idea how long it generally take to get scheduled one released by nutritionist.
