My dietation said not to use chia seeds for 6 months.

I have a question? Can I drink fresh vegetable juice after the sleeve.

I was also sleeved on tuesday also. Started liquids that evening. Had a little heartburn. Went home Wednesday evening. Pain on my right side. Never experienced nausea or vomiting. Week 1 for me now on pureed, progressiing very good, bored, tired of being in the house.

I'm taking off 4 weeks. I'm on my feet all day. Day 3 post-op, tired of being in the house already.

Made it through surgery, Dr. said everything is ok. Started liquids yesterday. Pain not to bad. Going home this evening. Talk to y'all soon.

Today is the day. Pre-surgery weight 282. Didn't sleep good, excited I guess. See y'all on the post-op side.
