  1. My 6th month was yesterday..... I have been at a steady stall for a month. I know it's my own doing. Not focusing on certain things. I still am at 1000-1200 cal a day and getting my Protein in. But I know that I need to shake things up and go back to the basics! With this being said.... its going to be a long holiday weekend with a strict diet but I know its worth it!!
  2. HalloweenBaby24 I am right along with you. It's been almost 4 and a half months now and I am down about 55 lbs! Yes its fantastic. Not exactly where I want to be but I have lots of time and patience! My first 2 months I dropped quickly but now it seems to be very SLOW. About 3-4 lbs a month. You look fantastic. Keep up the great job
  3. My date is 11/18......and I can't wait!!! Except for my pre-op diet (YUCK!) I start my pre-op on 11/4. My doctor requires the following food: 3 Protein shakes 1 high protein/low carb meal (lean cuisine) 1 cup fresh vegies Oh and lots and lots of Water. I am completely off caffeine and I quit smoking a month ago!! I am so ready for my new life
