  1. I'm starting out around 425 (my goal weight loss is around 250lbs) and plan to have surgery in July. I want to get my BMI down below 50 by then and at 6'0" tall I should be able to. However, I'm scared that the sleeve won't be enough for me. I had planne on having the DS in 2010 and found out I was pregnant 3 days after being approved. (10 yrs of trying to get pregnant and BAM!). We don't have WLS covered on our health insurance so the only way we can afford to pay cash is to do it in Mexico and get the sleeve instead of the DS. My question is: With the sleeve what is the highest weight loss? Thanks, Ramee
