  1. Im moving to Saudi next year, I want to be as successful in this as possible....is there great doctors that I could go to for follow ups? I know it's a big country but I will be in Dhahran. Always worried if I'd have people out there who would relate to what I'd be going through. Surgery is scheduled for next month...moving in January.
  2. So what do we need to do to get this started? I haven't had it done yet, but I'm very interested in either meet ups or something. I'm trying to learn everything I can before my surgery.
  3. I'm in the Irving area!! I think this is a great idea. When I went to the support group my dr recommended it felt more like another nutrition class..but I have surgery next month and I want to talk to people about their experience and what they went through and all that!! I love the idea.
  4. I'm in the same boat. My insurance says I have to wait 6 months (I'll have it in July) and I can't lose any weight. I'm at a 40.6 BMI and if I drop below 40 insurance covers nothing. I can live with myself at this weight for 4 more months because I know after that everything is going to change and I will be on the road to a healthier/happier me. My nutritionist doesn't have me on a diet or anything now because I can't lose weight, so I'm doing what I've always done. I have started working out more to build muscle to help with skin elasticity. Maybe working out will help you. It'll help relieve some of the stress and you know you are doing it for the better.
