My name is Sarah and I am 34 years old and live in New Zealand.I have struggled with my weight for most of my life,and felt like I had tried everything.In February 2012 I became a mother to my beautiful Katrina,and nearly died as as result of high risk caesarean due to my weight.After all of this,and now having a tiny person that relied on me for everything,I knew it was really time for me to lose weight.I am furtunate enough to have had a sleeve gastrectomy performed on 20th March 2014 by Mr H Hammodat free of charge through the public health system...I am already seeing results and keen to learn from others as I take on this transformational journey :)
