    Thanks, I'm going to call my doctor and see if I can try that medicine. It gets so uncomfortable I avoid eating!

    I am 15 months out from surgery and have started having severe heartburn. I take Prilosec daily and other over the counter medicines for it with no relief. Any suggestions? It doesn't seem to make any difference what I eat or not eat.
