1. Ease your mind Going to that link will take you to Holosync, at www.centerpoint.com where you can purchase a special audio CD, to enable both brain hemispheres to work together, and that helps with depression, overeating, stress, and making the best decisions regarding being banded or not. Mental tranquility is necessary to make better decisions and to stick at what we decide to do. As a medical doctor and user of Holosync, I know what I am talking about. Have a great day everyone. Michael White MD.

Now, over eating is something we do when we really feel like disappearing, but don't have either the will or power to commit suicide. It stems from anxiety, depression and past traumas poorly dealt with. What you can do, in a room, alone, run over your life's traumas, see what can bring a tear to your eyes, and for everything that can bring a tear, you have to really cry like a baby, feel as sad as you can, and cry till there are no more tears. With a band, and overeating, you can do serious damage to the esophagus, causing tears, that can kill because the bleed severely. As soon as you treat your life's traumas, you will find it easier to eat smaller quantities and feel better with yourself. Now, the most important thing, don't hate your body. It is only the result of past actions and thoughts. Now that you are on a better path, just look ahead, feel thinner, and think that you ARE thinner, and that will empower you to reach your goals.
4. If Biotin works, fine. If not, there is something else going on. Now, not sure if you are male or female, because it matters in the case of falling hair. You can contact me (Dr, White) if you wish at the following address: michael.white@prodigy.net.mx should you feel like requesting information or actual assistance.
5. Steadying effect of birth control, well well, it may be so for many, but never for all. Some one will get headaches, some retain water, some get high blood pressure, because some ladies need more than what the pill gives, and others need less. A pill that was NOT made for you, cannot give you exactly what you need. Not when it applies to hormones. Our body is sensitive to hormones, so much so, that the best thing is your therapy generated in a compounding pharmacy. Not taken off a shelf like Aspirin. Hormones have to be tailor made, Aspirins don't. Don´t be confused, or fooled into thinking that a pill manufacture can cover all those ladies whose needs range so widely.
6. Hi there, this is Dr. White, let me let you in on something, your hormone levels can be called normal because they agree with your age group. So, while let's say 65 ng/dl of progesterone is normal for a 20 yr old, for a forty year old it may be 10-20 or less. Still NORMAL, but terribly low. So, not to be fooled, that you don´t have a problem, those low normal levels only fool you into thinking there is nothing wrong. You certainly don't feel better at 40 than you do at 20, why? Those higher numbers of the youthful.
