So today I notice my gas pains are subsiding. I was able to use the bathroom with no issues (tmi I know). But it seems I feel a stitch like type of pain now. I'm like well damn get rid of one pain there goes another. I took a pain pill this morning. Since surgery I've only taken 2 pills. Humm

Lol. Too funny Jamie! I'll try marching in place. I'm happy tho because I was able to get a lot more liquid down today. Even walked for 50 minutes!

Thanks! I tried keeping the water temp under 140 and it was fine. My only issue is I love hot soup and 140 temp isn't hot enough. Any protein drinks/mix you know of that can stand a high temp?

I'm not sure what's happening. I notice I take little sips but a minute or so later I feel this pain at the top of my stomach like it's trying to go down or something. I'm confused. Anyone know what that is? Am I sipping too much too fast?

I'm 5"6 sleeved at 237. Im wondering if I will be down at least 20 by thanksgiving. It's so hard trying to get my protein in. Seems this afternoon it's gotten a little easier. I'm even walking more.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to sip but now it seems I have this pain in the middle of my stomach like it's growling or something. Feels weird. It happens often now. Maybe my tummy is hungry lol. Looking at all these food commercials don't help.

I've tried it in juice, broth, water and jello. Hot and cold mix. It says it dissolves easily but it's not. I will try blending it later maybe that will work.
