  1. I am having trouble losing weight. I had lost 27lbs w week post op. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I've only lost 35 lbs. Is that normal to only lose 8 lbs in 2.5 weeks? I am only on liquids and I walk 1 mile a day.
  2. I am 10 days post op. Yesterday I started having an ache when I eat my cream soups or even drink water. Its not excruciating pain. Its just achy.

  4. I have lost 21lbs as of today! I could only have clear liquids and 2 sugar-free protein shakes a day for the past2 weeks..... I have not been dieting at all in the past 3 months so that made mmore weight come off but not all fat. Be excited over all weight loss...
  5. We are on the way to the hospital and I'm nervous and excited! I have waited for this day since September and now I am so scared!

  9. I have been on clear liquid diet for 1 week. I have a week to go. I feel absolutely horrible. My skin hurts. My stomach hurts. Any suggestions?
  10. My surgery is scheduled for the day after easter. I am extremely nervous too about the 1%. My family usually falls into the 1%
  11. I I am can only have liquids for 2 weeks before surgery. He said the less protein shakes I have the better.
