  1. I had my surgery march 8, and like all of you, i really worried that i made a mistake. But let me tell you that it does get better, but you have to follow the rules. Get your protein in, at least 60grams per day. Watch those protein drinks, some are very high in calories. Get protein drinks that have at least 20-23 grams of protein in them, and sip on them throughout the day. I usually have three per day, but lately i have been needing less. And drink your water. Track it. Make sure to get 48-60 oz at least per day. It won't be easy at first, but it will come along take photos of yourself, every 10-15lbs. You will see a difference gradually. Stick to it. We are all on this new journey together !!!
