  1. I am in the same boat. I hit three weeks post opp and started a stall and have been on it for two weeks. Hope to break through it soon
  2. I am almost 4 weeks post opp now. I dropped 28 lbs in a month before surgery. Then I lost another 28 lbs in three weeks after. So a total of 56 lbs in 7 weeks. Now I am at a stall and I feel it is to early for a stall but maybe I am wrong ? I was weiging my self every day and I was losing 2 lbs a day and now the last three days or so I have not lost any thing. I have ranged from 300 calories to 1000 ( The 1000 was just one day and that was yesterday) Most days I am between 600 and 700. I also have developed a staph infection mostly in my leg ( I get these some times) So I am on antibiotics and not sure if maybe the infection could have somthing to do with my stall ? I know it has caused my BS and BP to come up. Any way I am not to worried about it but I did figure that I would lose between 60 and 100 lbs my first two months out and then maybe slow to 20 lbs a month for awhile. My BMI is at 50.19 now so not sure why I would stall so early.
  3. I am at 13 days post op. And doing about 400 a day plus between 60 and 70 protien. I am not supposed to be on pureed foods yet. If I was I am sure I would be at between 600-800 a day. I would say 600 is normal if you are doing pureed already.
  4. I had my WLS on March 11th so I am 13 days post op. I wish I could do (yogurt, pudding, puréed soup) But my DR. says no way not until 21 days I see him on day 15 and I am hoping and Praying he changes his mind then I to am sick of nothing but liquids.
  5. I don't plan at all. But I am just two weeks post op. so not much to plan with protien shakes and water Man I cant wait to go to pureed foods so I can have some flavor. I feel like I am easting sweets all the time now. Glad I do have Unjury chicken flavord drink so I can at least have somthing other then sweet.
