I bought the Starkist albacore trna salad lunchkits to take with me when I don't have refrigeration at hand, such as in a plane or car trip. It comes with light mayo and you don't need the crackers to enjoy it and you'll always have something you can eat. Plus, if you con't drain off the little bit of water it really goes in nicely. DR. Kim put my band on last month. He is with the Bariactric Center located at Florida Hospital in Celebration. At one group meeting, a woman who had the surgery in Mexico was there to start being treated by Dr. Kim. I don't know what he charges her, but I'll bet a phone call could give you an estimate. I am a nurse at South Seminole Hospital in Altamonte Springs, about 20 minutes north of Orlando. I had the band done 3 weeks ago by Dr. Kim in Celebration's Florida Hospital. I've lost 28 pounds, including the 10 from the pre-op diet. Sugary things really make me feel sick. Do they bother you? A new friend, Debby.

Is anyone else constipated? Three weeks post op and taking metamucil and softeners by the buckets, but down 30 pounds... any suggestions?
