  1. 290-I believe I am still the same????
  2. I had surgery july 2 2013. I have lost 75 pounds. My endocrinologist ordered regular blood work and discovered I had a hyperthyroid. She just kept retesting me every 6 weeks and it went normal and then 6 weeks later it was off again. Now it has returned to normal but the weight loss has slowed (stalled) for a few months. My endocrinologist said it was not uncommon for WLS patients to have fluctuations in thyroid until weight loss slows. The hyperthyroid didn't speed up my weight loss though!
  3. This morning 190 pounds- now to keep this up! Thanks
  4. My surgery date - July 2, 2013 Pre-surgery weight - 263 Surgery weight - 250 Weight now - 190 Height - 5' 5" Our stats are fairly similar. I have been struggling basically for a few months. I always read these posts about people stalling for weeks at a time - but I have essentially remained unchanged for a few months now! I know things slow down over time but this is getting ridiculous. I still monitor all my food in my fitness pal and do mostly walking for exercise. I still try to eat no more than 1000 calories, 50 grams of carbs and 80-90 g Protein. I have recently thought I could reduce my carbs even more. I also have to figure out when and how I can exercise more. I need to lose another 30 pounds so I am not ready to be done! As frustrating as it is - I am sure it is the increase in carbs that are holding me back and I need to increase exercise - I just need to get it together and do both and see what happens. Sorry I don't have any valuable advice for you but I will watch the replies to see if there is something out there I havne't tried. Good luck with breaking your stall and getting to your goal weight!
