  1. Hi all - I'm in Sugar Land ... I had lap band surgery in November 2007 and don't regret it, though life's changed as far as eating goes. I'm one that goes on "plateaus" for weeks at a time ... certainly not losing 1-2# a week! But, all-in-all, I'm happy I had it done and it's changed my life for the better.... Best wishes!
