  1. Okay, maybe I am freaking myself out. But I have a question for the ladies. Did any of you experience a heavy period during your liquid diet? I’ve always had erratic periods and when I do bother to bleed it has been very light, 3 days tops. I started the pill some time ago, 3 years, and my periods have been at best a tablespoon. I have been on the protein diet for 5 days. (Yes, PMS, Liquid Diet, and a Holiday Weekend all at once.) And now I find myself tormented by a full fledge period that I haven’t experienced since my body was adjusting to birth control. Have you experienced this or anything similar? Does a high protein diet cause heavier bleeding and clots for that matter? :sick
