  5. They are wonderful. I initially went through them and because of insurance requirements had to change. They were kind enough to find a doctor that would be acceptable to my insurance company.
  6. Thanks Lonestar 5212 I'm very excited. It sounds like you will soon follow. My bmi is 37 and I have high blood pressure and currently take two medications. When will your diet end? Keep me posted.

  8. I have Aetna PPO and was just approved yesterday. I didn't have the 5 years bmi history consecutively but sent them 2002,2004 2005,2006,2007.
  9. I was told some Docs want you to lose 5 to 10 percent of your weight to decrease the size of your liver and also the amount of fat around your liver. My doc said it was just a formality. I only lost six pounds.
  10. Yes I'm in Texas. I did have to do a 3 mo supervised diet program and all the other stuff ( pysch eval, 5 year weight history etc.)
