  1. I am 4 months out and I've only lost 50 lbs. I try to eat small meals and sometimes don't eat anything, but nothing is coming off. I've stopped the shakes because I thought I was getting all the Protein I need in meals. I exercise 3 days a week and take my Vitamins. What gives?
  2. Has anyone else had extreme muscle weakness after sleeve surgery. Mine started at about 3 mos. post op. I don't exercise much because it's uncomfortable and makes me extremely tired. My surgeon said I must exercise, and I will feel better after I do. I was doing well with the weight loss, but am now starting to crave things that I shouldn't have. Trying like crazy to get enough Protein through food and shakes, but still feel weak. Anyone else have this problem. I feel like I'm falling apart. I am 64 years old.
  3. Used to love beer, but it's just to "fizzy" for me. I can drink white wine though and I am 4 mos. post op.
