Same as you the 20th of January. I a little nervous but at the same time so excited to start my new adventure. I'm down 6 lbs. On the PreOp diet. Doing well so far. Good luck to "Egeland942010"

Federal BCBS paid for my sleeve 100%, minus the copayments for the hospital and my surgon!

I haven't had my surgery yet. Just keeping thinking how great you are going to look this time next year. I know it will be rough for you with the holidays but you will be a lot healthier.

I am one of those individuals. I got scared and nervous in June when I was getting ready to see the surgeon to schedule my surgery date. I even thought what if I die while on the operating table. Insurance had already approved everything. It's December tomorrow and I regret not having it done back then. I called again last week and have a scheduled appointment for the 16th of December. I am going through with it this time. I continue to read everyone's blogs and I pray that mine surgery goes well and that my first years is successful.
