  1. That's what I would have thought too. Must have just been my position when I say up a bit to do my "crunch" prior to fill because I heated up some chicken for lunch to test theory and woah, I now know what stuck feels like and what sliming is. I chewed very well but I am on pain meds I had to take it and combo of meat and pill = serious pain. Laughing 3 hours later.
  2. I WAS PRIMED WITH 2cc. Problem is I don't feel new large fill at all. I know this sounds weird but seeing where they put the band aid I don't think it got put in my port. I can feel my port and the area it was given is WAY TO LOW. Dr. wasn't my normal but his partner and floroscope wasn't used. Am I nuts? Problem is I have major knee surgery on Tues. and won't be able to get back in for fill again for 6/8 weeks. Doing well otherwise, 32# down since Jan 22. Being unable to exercise because of knee I have to be super careful with diet. Maybe I will feel totally different with first chunky meal since its been liquids since yesterday afternoon. Help please.
  3. I got the weight watchers scale as well. It seems to work fine, I look forward to tapping that platform and stepping on.
  4. I am with you. Feeling no constriction but have only had 1 fill. Next is this coming Thursday. Bad thing is I have major knee surgery the following Tuesday and will not be mobile for 6/8 weeks. Praying this next fill keeps me from gaining while I'm down.
  5. My Dr.had me do the same thing, he said " give me a crunch, like your doing a sit up." I have only had one fill of 2cc and wish it was more but no problems like you spoke of. The Nurse used the ultrasound to locate and mark the port then gave me a lidocaine shot. The rest was simple. Maybe you should ask them to do this next time.
