  1. I am sorry to say that I had weight watcher scales and my husband ended up taking them out of the house before I threw them at a window. I don't know why they played up so much, we changed batteries etc. He went and got me a mechanical scales. (not digital) as he is rather methodical and believes them to be the most accurate and trustworthy. They were not cheap ones, I strongly suspect he bought commercial ones but didn't want to hurt my feelings so he never said. Funny man. They do wobble if I wobble but they get the job done. I hope you can find some reliable scales, but I mainly just take notice at the doctors and use my home ones for a guide. Have a fantabulous day. Chelle
  2. Thank you for this. I am looking into and the chewable ones. Chelle
  3. I haven't started Vitamins yet, however I am feeling like I need to. I am worried about swallowing them in the early stages of post op. Does anyway here know what happened here, or do you not take the vitamins until things settle down.

  5. Hi Everyone, some fabulous 40 stories on here. I turned 40 last June and we had a 70s dress up party and I felt like the biggest lump on my own Birthday. My surgery is in about 3 weeks and all your great stories are lifting me up. THANKS! I am hoping that my 40's are as energetic as my teens.
