  1. Thank you for this information. I am 10 days out and have had no problems eating some things I shouldn't, like crackers. After reading this I realize that I can damage the healing of the band into the stomach and possibly never get the results I want and need. I am going to be following the diet instructions more carefully now and thanks again so much.
  2. hi everyone! I too was banded on the 27th. I have been lucky with pain and gas. I have lost 9 pounds, but am getting worried. I have had some old cravings and have ate some things I shouldn't, like crackers, and have had absolutely no trouble. I get right back on track and I guess I will have to be very careful until my first fill
  3. Hi, I was also banded on 8/27. I feel pretty good, although my stomach muscles are really sore. I have been hungry off and on and miss food already.
