  3. I got my lapband about 3 years ago and lost 70 pounds the 1st year. I was still overweight about 60 pounds but I was happy with myself after the 70 pound weight loss and have been maintaining the same weight for the last 2 years with no band complications what so ever. Now, I want to start losing weight again but I don't know where to start. I thought about a fill but I really don't think I need one. Where do I start. If anyone has any information or advice I would appreciate the help.
