I never wanted to have gastric bypass surgery. I always wanted to lose the weight "naturally". In 2011 I broke through the 300 pound barrier and I haven't been that devastated in my life since I broke through the 200 pound barrier about 12 years earlier. I decided that I wanted to do something so I work out trying to eat better, I did not succeed. Then in fall of 2012 I started a program with my doctor
