  1. That feeling you have is probably food and it should pass. I get that occassionally when I overeat. What I do is get up and walk around. Even if you're walking up and down the hallway in your house, it should get it moving. Also, don't drink or take in any more food because that will just make you feel worse!
  2. Skibunny - What center are you having your surgery at? I see your logo is a New England Pats helmet. Are you from the Boston area? I had mine at BIDMC, but I've heard there are other great programs in the area! Let me know! Good luck with the psych visit!
