    I am fresh post op too and am ready for something other than clear fluids as well. (will likely get the green light for full fluids tomorrow) I have had it explained to me with regard to full Fluid vs puree, your sleeve is still so very swollen that even pureed foods can get stuck and be pretty uncomfortable. Why risk feeling sick? Congrats on your initial drop!
