I am also joining gym Monday if nothing else to be able to go walk on treadmill three times a week and at 8 weeks out I have dropped 41 pounds so I know my body is trying to catch up

Vicki you have stalled almost everyone I know does. I have also stalled I heard our bodies have to catch up on the loss but be assured you will start losing again don't weight but once a week I know it's hard but it is a much better behavior to enlist you will be dropping again very soon

Hope this helps, I spent the last year throwing up because my stomach had stopped working every time I went to my doctor it was more and more meds. I made a choice and at first my primary doctor was all against it. But I told him get on board or there is a doctor who will I knew something else was wrong. I put myself in Gods and my surgeons hands the morning of January 15, 2014. And my doctor came out to my children and said my liver was I bad shape that a year to two from now he could have not done this. It has changed my life for the better. Remember this is your life and your health. You will be fine and the best thing is having the upmost faith in your surgeon. Take it one day at a time and come here often because your not alone here. And be assured that when your family sees all the positive things happening they will be there for you too

I have also been feeling about out of control I am eight weeks out today. I am calling my pshc doctor to make appointment to see what can be done, it seems like every little pain I drill on and get scared. I had postpartum depression after my daughter 24 years ago and have been on doxepin is the generic to sinaquan. But being in here helps a lot I have learned over time the best healing for this is to see your not alone and the support here is great as a sample I have pain in my upper back like a knife stabbing me more than likely gas but depression likes to make me feel like something bad is wrong. I will always be thankful to my doctor and his staff they are always there for me. But when I go I will come back and post for everyone

Surgery was january15 2014 I am right at seven weeks out and down 41 pounds and in a stall but I hear it every where it's my body catching up with all the weight I have lost. Any advise would be greatly helpful
