Sure it's called bypass revision, they don't change anything from your first surgery, they place the band around your pouch to close up the hole from the pouch to intestines in my case I had bypass done in 2003 at 586 pounds lost 270 pounds but could not get past that last October had my revision and had the band placed there is really no other way if you had bypass in the past. Good luck, it's great to be back on track 50 pounds down since the band in October still going
