  5. Hey BJean! I'm really glad you posted about eating solids immediately after a fill, b/c yesterday I had my second fill. After I got home I ate the rest of my leftover calzone from the night before - I wanted real food! I hope this is ok.
  6. I just had my first fill today , ( 4 cc's ) hooray! But, I just have one question. How do I know I've hit my sweet spot? What dose "having restriction" feel like? Can anyone describe the feeling of having restriction for me?
  7. I'm getting my first fill tommorrow the 24th of september! Yay! I'm nervous that it will hurt, and also I am not allowed to eat after 7pm tonight, and can't drink or eat after 7am tommorow, (fill day). My fill time is set for 3:40 pm, I wonder why I have to not eat and drink so far in advance. Any words of wisdom?

  12. I agree with the advice the guy gave you, ( I am a personal trainer ). That is the key to burning fat, not training your heart for "cardio" workouts.
  13. Michee- Thanks for helping, It's good to know I'm not the only one. Also I will try bringing treats on our walks.
  14. Dog walking problem-Help! My 95 pound dog pulls only when other dogs are around-its a problem being 2 weeks out of surgery. Last week I walked him ( 1 1/2 weeks post op), and he pulled as we passed another dog enering my building, it really hurt! Tonight was worse! I hope I didn't tare my stitched-I don't want band slippage! Imput please.
