  1. I had my surgery in 2005, and I am afraid to say I haven't had much success with my band. I did have to return to Dr. office 1 year after and have band re-done due to slippage. As of today I am still close to the same weight as the day I started, the long road to getting banded. I am re-visiting surgeon to see what I can do to start on the correct path. I am also hoping by joining this blog I will get hints and a support group.
