    Hello, I had my lap band surgery 3 years ago. My surgeon was Dr. Bruce in Dayton, Ohio. I've only had 2 fills and loosing very slow. I now live in Florida and I'm going to a new doctor Monday to get my 3rd. fill. When I read how quickly some people loose I'm thinking I should have had more fills. Please give me some input.     We live in Florida and my husband fishes all the time. I love grouper. I spray it with 0 calorie butter and the shake Cajun seasoning. I grill it...DELICIOUS ENJOY
