Make sure you have liquids/ foods like sugar free yogurt, I found 'cold' foods best after the lapband install. a cooler near the bed might be a good idea and lots of bottled water, you will be mobile by day two or three, take it easy on yourself.

I find seafood a safe choice, Key Wester is on Rt 59 and there is Heaven on Seven on Washington and great seafood at Catch 35 in downtown naperville by riverwalk. Enjoy! -
My insurance is BC of CA as well; surgeon will be submitting request in May...any advice offered is appreciated. how many times does someone have to 'submit/appeal" if they have problems like hypertension? ortho pain?
