  1. try tofu, its very bland and very high in Protein 20 grams per 1/2 cup and it takes seasoning well. try using tofu with some chicken stock or beef stock to flavor it, should solve your problem
  2. Baby food is for babies, my nutrionist says to buy the real thing and puree yourself, this way you get all the nutrion from it you can.
  3. Not scared to eat just have no appiette, I feel normal and was back at work 3 days post op. I have always been that person who forgot meals that was probably why i had a weight issue because with my career you eat on the go when you can. Part of my diet plan has addressed this issue with pre planning daily meals.
  4. Im 2 weeks out of my surgery tomorrow, I havent had a single hunger urge yet. Doctor says thats normal. Anyone else experience this?
