  2. I am 4 years post op and my Dr has retired due to medical issues. His office is just gone. I have tried to find my records because I am due to have labs drawn to check all my vitamin levels. Wondering if anyone knows all the vitamins they check so that I can have my PCP keep a check on them from now on. They referred me to another Dr who wants $250 to establish me as a new patient before they will even order my labs. I am not having any problems and haven't in years just need my labs checked. Any help would be appreciated. Sent from my SM-G930VL using BariatricPal mobile app
