I happened to stumble across BariatricPal.
I had lap band surgery 5 years ago. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. 5 years ago I knew I needed to lose weight or die too young! I have gained back 10 lbs. I usually don't do well in the winter. I have always been plagued by seasonal depression. In October I pulled my hamstring playing Pickleball. I have had such a HARD time getting back into any kind of exercise. I feel like a slug, I have no energy or desire to do anything. I KNOW getting some exercise will help with it, but I'm stuck in the "I'm tired of fighting this fight" rut. I am so scared to gain anymore weight....
Just in a bad place right now.
