  2. Thanks for the advice. I have force my water intake and I do see a huge difference. I feel like I can exercise now. I went walking for and almost an hour at an intense pace and felt great afterwards. Now I've just got to stay motivated.
  3. Have you tried the boys wraps? I might try them. They're suppose to help tighten your skin.
  4. How tall are you? I was 285 at the time of surgery 4 month's ago and I'm only 237 now. How did you do it.
  5. 125 pds at 6 month's wow. I need to step it up.

  10. I'm 4 months out and have only lost 48 pds. I'm always tired and never have energy to exercise. I take my vitamins regularly. Can anyone tell me what helped them?
  11. I drank a little prune juice and it did the trick. But constipation usually comes from dehydration.
