I'm so nervous! As of now I have no saline in my band, as they wanted it to heal beforehand. Tomorrow is my first fill and I'm so nervous! I don't know what to expect. Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Thanks guys! It went well! I'm down 23.5 lbs since the surgery and he put in 2ccs of saline. I was told to be on liquids for 2 days then gradually progress to regular food. Next fill is in 6 weeks, I'm so excited!

I was banded Dec 27, 2013, did the liquid diet and lost 17 lbs the first week. Now that I'm on mushy food, I seem to be fluctuating with my weight! I'm exercising, and eating(drinking) healthy, but I don't see a difference. Am I doing something wrong? Could I do something more to help the weight come off?

Thanks! I have been pretty hard on myself about losing weight. The scale has not made me very happy lately lol but you're right, I had been weighing myself almost daily. Thank you all for your input, it's greatly appreciated!
