    You'll get there no worries it just takes tidiness and patience.. The more I eat right the more weight I would lose.. I started stalling when I wasn't able to eat, but just be patient

    Thanks everyone.. Altogether it took me a year but I'm a 1 year an 8 months posts opt and maintaining.. It will go by so fast so just be patient and be encouraged.

    Thanks guys! No I haven't gained any weight.. Right now I'm not trying to lose I'm basically trying to tone so I may gain a few pound of muscles but it'll be ok

    You look great. Did you gain a few pounds before reaching your goal? Just two weeks ago I was 4 lbs away from my goal of 140...being in the house because of the cold weather I am now 13 lbs away....I'm 7 months out...my personal goal is to maintain between 135-140...but you do look good. No I haven't gain anything I'm basically trying to tone right now so I might gain a few pounds back but it'll be okay Congrats to u too
