  1. Thanks for your response. I will certainly make better choices. Its all a mental thing and I have the rest of my life to work on it. It is interseting to read everyones trials.
  2. I'm not banded yet, so check with your doc on this one. Anyway, last week I met with my doctor and had 101 questions. Well the one that sticks out the most is the one about my band feeling tight during that time of month for us ladies. I even told my husband about it just in case i would forget and freak out. You mentioned it is that time of the month so maybe its that. Hope this helps.
  3. That is hilarious! The "good-bye food" tour. I have put on 5lbs on this tour. I'm extremely active for a chunky butt, so I don't feel too badly over eating this way, but really I have to get a hold of myself.
  4. I am scheduled for my surgery on Sept. 21. I was told to get on a protein shake diet week before my surgery an drink lots of water. Okay, well I am like a eating everything in sight as though I will never eat anything again for the rest of my life. What is up with that? Did anyone else have these feelings? I read somewhere here that this type of feeling is common, I'd like to know how to turn this off. It could be a hormone surge, it feels like "oh, I'm feeling low blood sugar, I need to eat" LOL
  5. I am scheduled for a diagnostic evaluation on the 29th of August at the True Results Center with Dr. Gonzales. I was just wondering if anyone has any input.
