  6. I had my sleeve done more then 4 years ago and doing great, however I had back surgery a year ago and gained 10 pounds. I have tried and tried to get off that ten pounds. I am more active then I was before but it still wont budge. I have cut one snack a day as well as only doing protein shakes 1 day per week and I still can not get it off....Any ideas?
  7.    Scylla reacted to a post in a topic: Gastric Sleeve or Gastric Bypass, to a Bander?
  8. I chose the sleeve because I did not like the thought of them rerouting my insides. also because with the sleeve they remove the part of the stomach that produces the hunger hormone. But be aware it is not easy you need to change the way you eat and how you think about food.
  9. Hi everyone I am 4 weeks 2 day out and I am taking in plenty of fluids about 60 oz per day but I do not seem to be going to the bathroom as much as I think I should be. Only about 3 x per day? Any answers?
